Submission to checklist
Start at /submit with your website address. Ventry's AI scans your public pages and fills a draft profile—name, tagline, description, features, category, FAQs, socials. Every value it inserts comes from a direct quote on your site. Fields it cannot verify are marked "not found on your site" for you to complete manually.
Review and revise every item. Nothing moves to live status until your submission is finished.
Plan and checkout
Select either a free listing (if available here) or a paid launch at $5, with optional add-ons available. Checkout requires no prior account: your login is created from your email.
Next, finish your founder profile at /account/founder—photo, name, role, country, bio, and at least one personal link. Your listing stays in draft until this profile is complete.
Going live
Paid launch: publishes immediately or in your chosen launch week. Launch weeks run Monday to Sunday (UTC).
Free listing: queued roughly 6-8 weeks ahead. Publication happens once our verification badge is live on your website.
Post-launch
Manage your listing at /account/listings. Revisions publish instantly. You can see votes, badge status, relaunch in a different week, and add categories. Browse all scheduled weeks on the launch calendar at /launches.
Questions people ask
- Does my profile go public straight away?
- Paid launches go live at once or in your chosen week. Free listings wait in queue about 6-8 weeks, then publish after we verify our badge on your site.
- What if the AI doesn't pick up my product details correctly?
- Any field marked "not found on your site" is left blank for you to fill in yourself. You review and edit everything before checkout.
- Where do I update my product after launch?
- Go to /account/listings to edit details, check votes, change your launch week, and monitor your verification badge.
