  Every free listing must display our badge; we check for it automatically and adjust link follow status based on your domain authority.

Pricing and payments

  Two paths to launch across other sites—self-serve bundle or handled end-to-end.

• What does it cost to launch on Ventry?

  Paid launch, featured placements, profile upgrades and sponsorships—each has its own fee, in US dollars, with VAT where applicable.

• What's the refund position on a paid listing?

  Paid listings do not refund once processed, except if we take yours down. Statutory rights apply.

• How VAT is charged and where to find invoices

  VAT is added where due. Enter your EU VAT number at checkout to avoid charges. Your invoices are in your account.

• How do I claim and verify my listing?

  Take ownership of your company listing and earn the Verified badge by proving domain control.

• How do I change my listing once it's posted?

  Edit any field in your live listing from /account/listings; changes take effect immediately without approval.

• How do I manage my email and delete my account?

  Control which emails you receive, update your sign-in address, or request full account removal and data deletion.

• Why is my listing held without a complete founder file?

  Your founder profile must be finished before any listing can go live. Complete it and your product launches automatically.

• Set up your notice preferences

  Configure how you receive updates: email, Telegram or Slack, and choose frequency from instant to weekly digest.

Launching

• Adding extra categories to your listing

  Your main category is free. To appear in additional categories, purchase extra slots at $5 each.

• Free listing or paid launch?

  Your entry goes live immediately with paid launch, or queued free. Paid unlocks the full profile and search visibility.

• How to relaunch your listing and keep the votes

  Relaunch the same product in a later week from your account. Your existing votes carry over to the new week.

  Sign in to vote once per live launch. Votes are never for sale—community engagement and paid features are kept separate.
