How voting stays clean on Ventry Launch
Sign in to vote once per live launch. Votes are never for sale—community engagement and paid features are kept separate.

Voting on a live launch
To vote, you need a Ventry Launch account with a confirmed email address. You get one vote per listing, and only live launches accept votes.
There's one constraint: you cannot vote for your own launch until you have voted for at least one other founder's launch on the platform. This keeps the playing field honest and roots out circular behaviour.
Protection against abuse
We rate-limit votes per hour and per day. If a vote burst looks suspicious, it gets flagged and held off the count until our team has reviewed it. You may also see a quick human check prompt from time to time—this is normal.
Why votes stay unmapped from payments
Community votes are a record of founder traction and backer interest. They are not for sale. Paid features—the billboard ranking, verification badges—sit in separate systems and carry separate labels. No payment touches your vote total.
Active members who build real engagement on the platform can earn influence, which adds weight to their votes. This is earned, not purchased. Everything on record stays transparent: if a feature is paid, it is marked as such.
Questions people ask
- Do I need to verify my email to vote?
- Yes. Sign in, confirm your email address, and you are ready to vote on any live launch.
- Can votes be bought?
- No. Votes are a community signal of traction. Paid ranking and other features operate separately and are always labelled. Payment never changes a vote count.
- What happens if I vote for my own launch?
- You cannot vote for your own launch until you have voted for someone else's launch first.
