What's the refund position on a paid listing?
Paid listings do not refund once processed, except if we take yours down. Statutory rights apply.

Purchases are final
Once a payment clears, it is not refundable. This is set out in the terms. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
If we reject or remove your listing
If our team rejects your listing before it goes live, or takes it down after, you receive a full refund to your original payment method automatically. A credit note is issued with the refund.
For crypto payments, we ask you to provide a payout address so the refund can be processed.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you dispute or reverse a payment, all items bought with that order are taken down while the dispute remains open. If the dispute is settled in our favour, we can restore the listing. If it is settled in yours, the refund stands.

- Can I get my money back after I pay?

- You receive a full automatic refund to your original payment method and a credit note. For crypto, provide a payout address.

- The listing is removed while the dispute is open. If we win the dispute, we can restore it. If you win, the refund is yours.
