A free Taglish library of Philippine freelancing guides, with a rate calculator, paperwork templates and a hiring track for businesses
PinoyFreelance.PH is a free resource site that explains freelancing in the Philippines in Taglish, from BIR registration and client hunting to setting rates and getting paid, alongside a peso-and-dollar rate calculator and contract, proposal and invoice templates. It is aimed mainly at Filipino freelancers, with a separate hiring guide for local and international businesses. The public pages present a clear, locally grounded offer with no paywall and an openly declared Zinn Hub connection, which makes it a sensible first stop for Filipinos starting or organising a freelance career.

- Six content hubs organise the material by task, including one for businesses that want to hire Filipino freelancers.
- The founder, Norman Galanza, discloses a commercial connection to the Zinn Hub marketplace, and the maker says he is a Zinn Hub Ambassador and freelancer there.
- The article library is still growing, so readers should check how deep each hub goes on the topic they need.
