About Mobile Apps
This desk covers products whose home is the phone. The founders here are early: a first release, a small base of users, a pitch still being tested. Each entry works as a short memo on what the app does, who it serves and where it runs, so you can judge it quickly. Treat every entry as a lead worth a closer look, not a verdict.
Every listing is filed under one main category. This page gathers everything in its four subcategories and adds filters to narrow the pile. Split by platform if you need a particular device, by build approach if reach matters, or by purpose if you want a tool that does one job. The page opens on the latest arrivals; switch to community votes to see what visitors back. Votes are never for sale.

Mobile Apps: questions answered
- What belongs in Mobile Apps?
- Products that people install and open on a phone or tablet, or that are designed around a handheld screen. A website with a mobile layout does not count unless there is an app to download. Choose the subcategory that matches how the product is built or what it does.
- How do I choose between the subcategories?
- Go by how the product ships. Single-platform store apps belong under iOS or Android. One codebase serving both belongs under cross-platform. A narrow tool with one purpose belongs under mobile utilities. If two fit, pick the one a buyer would search for first.
- Can a listing sit in several categories?
- Each listing has one main category, chosen at submission and included free. If your product straddles groups, an upgrade for $5 lets you place it in 3 further categories, so buyers can find it from more than one shelf.
- How do I get a mobile product listed here?
- Go to /submit and paste your website address. The system writes a first draft of the profile from your site, then you review and amend each field. Nothing goes public until you approve it. A free listing waits in a queue of about 6-8 weeks.
- How are the products in this category ordered?
- The latest arrivals appear at the top, so recent launches get seen. Visitors can re-sort by community votes to bring the most backed products forward. Votes cannot be bought, so that order reflects visitor interest rather than anyone's spend.
