What you pay
All prices shown on Ventry Launch are before VAT. Tax is added only where legally required:
- UK customers: 20 percent UK VAT is charged.
- EU businesses: If you supply a valid VAT number, the reverse charge applies and no VAT is added. The VIES register must confirm the number at the point of entry.
- EU consumers: VAT at your country's rate is charged.
- Rest of world: No UK VAT.
The exact amount you owe, including any VAT, appears on the payment page before you complete payment.
Recording your VAT number
Add your VAT number at checkout or go to /account/billing to enter or update it. If the VIES service cannot verify it in that moment, VAT is charged and you will be notified. You can file the number later to adjust future invoices.
Your records
Invoices are issued by Zinn Digital® Ltd and emailed to you once payment clears. Download any invoice or credit note from /account/invoices as a PDF whenever you need it.
