Set up your notice preferences

Configure how you receive updates: email, Telegram or Slack, and choose frequency from instant to weekly digest.

Updated

You control what lands in your inbox and how often. Go to /account/notifications to pick your channel and cadence for each notice type.

Pick your channel

For most notices, you have three routes: email, Telegram or Slack. If you use Telegram or Slack, supply your own bot or webhook. Chat channels respect optional quiet hours if you set them.

Set your rhythm

Choose Instant to get notified the moment something happens. Daily digest bundles updates into one message per day. Weekly digest rolls them up into a single weekly batch. Or turn notices Off entirely—except those noted below.

Notices on the record

A handful of notices are mandatory; you cannot switch them off. These cover receipts, refunds, payment problems, disputes, a listing held against your founder profile, any listing status change, a missing badge, and security notices (new-device sign-in, email change). They arrive as email only.

Unsubscribe from one notice type

Every notice email carries a one-click unsubscribe link for that specific kind of notice. Use it to remove just that type without touching your other settings.

Questions people ask

Can I get updates on Telegram or Slack instead of email?
Yes. At /account/notifications, select Telegram or Slack for any notice type. You supply the bot or webhook endpoint; we send to it.
Which notices can I turn off?
Most. The mandatory ones are receipts, refunds, payment problems, disputes, listings held for your profile, listing status changes, missing badge alerts, and security notices like new-device logins. Everything else is optional.
How do I stop one kind of notice without changing the rest?
Click the one-click unsubscribe link in that notice's email. It removes only that notice type, leaving your other settings intact.
